Thank you to everyone who participated in our virtual plein air event. We are proud to recognize Tallulah Dausman as the winner of our People’s Choice Award. Tallulah is a ten year old artist from Charleston, South Carolina. She expertly captured the city’s famous symbol of hospitality in her piece “Pineapple Fountain.” But Tallulah didn’t stop there, as she captured “Summer Sunset” on Johns Island, South Carolina. Tallulah, the South Carolina Watermedia Society and all of its members are incredibly proud of your creation. We hope you continue in your artistic endeavors and exploration. You are a very talented young woman!

We appreciate everyone who participated in the event and exercised their artistic creativity all in the name of staying apart while celebrating together. We were happy to have participants from across the United States and practicing a variety of media. SCWS is proud to support artists of all ages through education programs, exhibition opportunities, and special programs to market original works.
