Successful both as an artist and as an art educator: First art teacher to be named SC Teacher of the Year in 1976; Won Verner Award as Outstanding Art Educator in 2003; Taught Art for over 30 years in public schools ; Active member of SCAEA & NAEA, making many presentations and watercolor workshops.
